4rd day Thadepadi- Phedi
10 kms(not sure).100 mts. Around 6 hours

We went through a very cloudy day. Johan would call it “Harry Potter land”. Again ups and downs, ups and dows. We in total we climbed 100 mts but there were more than 500 mts.













We arrived there, again the first ones, and there were only two lodges, one down in a valley and one up but both have an amazing views of the mountain. We could not see when we arrive due to the fog but could perceived somehow. We checked both and finally decided to stay in the one up because we though views would be better. Big mistake since it was the one with lower quality. Actually when I get into the shower I could have a strong smell to goat and no wonder way, later we found out they keep the goats on the shower for tourist.







This time we decided to socialize more and pay a visit to our neighbors, all the others (Belgiums, Spanish, Germans) in the other lodge. There we found a couple of Israelis that told they were lost in the forest and have to spend the night there..”oh” I thought “I hope that doesn’t happen to us” basically because I will die of cold and fear to find a wild animal on the way. That happened because they tried to cover to stage of the way in one day and end up with the night falling on them before reaching their destination. We should be realistic on our objectives, I also thought

Happily, the Nepalese decided to stay with us in the low quality lodge, so we did not feel so alone that night, having dinner with them.

It was an interesting couple, one very talkative one and one more silent, but both very nice

Lantang trekk 6th day- Laurebina Yak- Bamboo 1700 mtrs descending. 8 hours. We start descending everything we previously climb. We started early and going down down through mountain, getting into a bit of forest again and nice prairies. This is one image we saw on the way...according to the budism culture it is the union of wisdom and compassion..nothing else that might cross your mind eh? After five hours descending we had a big lunch at Thulo syabra one quite “big” village, the biggest we have seen since Chisopani probably since almost all villages. So far they were just three of four guest houses in the middle of nowhere..this was a "proper" village, more than just a bunch of guest houses, with and school even.. Acatenango

  Subida del acatenango Empezamos fatal, ese día fatal. El tipo que nos llevaba, de la agencia Getaway, su nombre Irvin (nunca nunca nunca reservar con el ) llego como tres horas tarde. Rosela y yo nos levantamos a las ocho para estar listas para las 8,30 que se supone que nos venían a buscar y no pasaron a hacerlo hasta las 11,30 Yo, con mis nervios e impaciencia, este tipo de situaciones desde luego me ponen a prueba, flipaba. Le envíe un par de mensajes, el de las 11 ya fue muy desagradable. Claro, yo pensaba que nos íbamos a poner a subir una montaña con todo el calorazo! Es decir al mediodía ponte a subir un pico que ya te han dicho por todas partes que es durísimo de hacer…estaba un poco sufriendo. Total que al final vino un coche a recogernos, como digo a las 11,30 y después pasamos a recoger a Sandra y Andreas que también habían tenido su movida esperando. Semuk Champey

  Después de la paliza del acatenango, al día siguiente me cogía un bus a Semuk. Un poco demasiado hacerlo tan seguido pero bueno, pensé que total iba a estar sentada la mayor parte del tiempo lo cual fue un alivio porque me dolían las piernas de las agujetas del acatenango a cada paso que daba. Y asi fue, estuvimos en el primer bus hasta que llegamos a comer y luego otro bus nos recogió y nos llevo hasta el pueblo cerca de donde estaban la mayoría de los hostales a Semuk que se llamaba lankin Alla cogimos un 4x4 hasta chiboco que era donde yo estaba alojada. Normalmente todos los hostales tenían un vehículo que recogía a la gente y los llevaba hasta el hostal menos el mío que si tenía un vehículo, pero no te dejaba exactamente en el hostal sino en un punto de la carretera donde pasaba a buscarte un señor, hombre mayor además, para hacer una caminata en la oscuridad por otra media hora hasta llegar al hostal.
